Vancouver Island Animal Crematorium was created after we said goodbye to our own beloved dog of 15 years. In the middle of grief, we found the process lacked the comfort, clarity, and closure we needed.
That experience stayed with us.
So we built the kind of aftercare service we wished had existed; one that is calm, respectful, and straightforward, with a focus on helping families feel supported from the first call to the final return home.
When someone loses a pet, there’s already enough heaviness. The last thing anyone should face is confusion, rushed decisions, or uncertainty about what happens next.
