When your pet is placed into the crematory, the identification tag is set on the crematory and the details are written into our log book — including the date, your name, your pet’s name, and the exact time their cremation begins.
Throughout the entire process, the identification tag remains with your pet. This ensures their identity is carefully tracked from start to finish.
Once the cremation is complete, the tag is checked once more for accuracy. It is removed only when your pet’s ashes are placed into the urn or temporary container you selected.
